KWET

Guide for R5s

Set up your alliance in seven steps

About fifteen minutes for you, plus one R4 on PC. Follow the order: each step needs the previous one.

  1. Create the alliance

On kwet.eu/start, choose the address of your site (https://<alliance>.kwet.eu) and the alliance name. The page then shows a one-time invite link, valid for 7 days: it is for you, keep it to yourself.

  2. Accept the R5 link with Discord

Open the invite link and sign in with your Discord account: you become the R5 of the site. Bookmark your site. Next time, use “Sign in with Discord” in the R4/R5 mode menu at the top of any page.

  3. Declare your first chapter

In R4 Tools → Chapters (/tools/chapters), enter your alliance tag, your server number and the Monday you start counting from. Until you do, a banner reminds you on every page.

  4. Generate the ingestion token

In R4 Tools → Ingest (/tools/ingest), click “Generate a token”. The token is the password for sending data: give it only to the R4 who runs the program, privately.

  5. An R4 installs the program

On the PC where they play, an R4 installs the third-party program and pastes your site address (https://<alliance>.kwet.eu) and the token into it. Then they just play: the first alliance kill ranking they open creates your roster. Download the program and follow its instructions on kwet.eu/start/collect.

  6. Invite your R4s

In R4 Tools → Access (/tools/access), pick each R4's player in the roster and click “Create an invite link”. Send them the link privately; they sign in with Discord. Their access then follows their rank in the game. This needs the roster from step 5.

  7. The first days

History builds up with each capture. Day one: the roster, the ranks and the day's rankings. The VS week fills in day by day. Kills for a week need a capture from before it starts, so the first complete kill week is the next one. Trends, the composite ranking and records become meaningful after three or four weeks.
